Please note: Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia.

For Cigarette Stamping Agents

• Form TT-13, Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent
• Form TT-14, Monthly Report of Non-Resident Cigarette Stamping Agent 

The following Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax returns for the October 2014 period are due Dec. 22, 2014:

• Form TT-8, Virginia Tobacco Products Tax Return 

Please note: Cigarettes other than "roll-your own" cigarettes are not subject to the Virginia Tobacco Products tax.

Our Customer Service Walk-in Center located at 1957 Westmoreland St. in Richmond will reopen on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015. Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Taxpayers can receive assistance with individual and business tax matters. 

The Cashiers' Office is open year-round to accept payments at the same location during the same hours. 

Live Chat will no longer be available after Dec. 31, 2014 due to required budget reductions at the Virginia Department of Taxation.
