• Form TT-18, Monthly Report of Cigarette Manufacturer 

Please note: Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia.

For Cigarette Stamping Agents the following Virginia Cigarette Tax returns for the September 2014 period are due Oct. 20, 2014: 

• Form TT-13, Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent
• Form TT-14, Monthly Report of Non-Resident Cigarette Stamping Agent  

The following Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax returns for the September 2014 period are due Oct. 20, 2014: 

• Form TT-8, Virginia Tobacco Products Tax Return (OTP) 

Please note: Cigarettes other than "roll-your-own" cigarettes are not subject to the Virginia Tobacco Products (OTP) tax.
