This is a reminder that the following cigarette and tobacco forms for the month of May are due to the Department of Taxation by June 20, 2013. 

• Form TT-8 Monthly Other Tobacco Products Tax Return 
• Form TT-13/14 Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent  

The Monthly Report of Cigarette Manufacturer (Form TT-18) is due to the Department of Taxation by June 10, 2013.  Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia. For filing information and forms, see the instructions for Form TT-18.
