This is a reminder that the following cigarette and tobacco forms for the month of July are due to the Department of Taxation by January 22, 2013.  

• Form TT-8: Monthly Other Tobacco Products Tax Return 

• Form TT-13/14: Monthly Report of Cigarette Stamping Agent  

The Monthly Report of Cigarette Manufacturer (Form TT-18) is due to the Department of Taxation by TODAY, January 10, 2013.  

Form TT-18 should be filed by all cigarette manufacturers who produce or ship cigarettes in Virginia. For filing information and forms, see the instructions for Form TT-18.
