TOP STORY:  Sonavex Raises $1M to Advance Clot Detection Device
Baltimore's Sonavex, Inc. a Johns Hopkins University spinout, recently received SBIR awards from the NIH and NSF and private financing from investors including the Abell Foundation and the Blue Jay Syndicate, to support pre-clinical testing and commercialization of its novel ultrasound-based technology designed to detect potentially catastrophic post-operative clots.
