May 26th deadline to prequalify for FY2016 Md Biotech Investor Incentive Tax Credits The electronic queue for the next round of Biotechnology Investor Incentive Tax Credits (50% of investment) will take place on July 1, 2015. To participate in this queue, companies must register by submitting their completed application (form A1/A2/A3 and form B) to DBED's Tax Incentives Group between June 1st and June 26th. Companies seeking to prequalify (confirm their QMBC status) prior to June 1st may do so by submitting their company's information (form B) to DBED between May 18th and May 26th. The $12M in credits available during FY2016 are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
