High School Homecoming Celebration Includes Uptown Parade and Islander Football Tonight
Our high school celebrates community every day, but no week is more special than when we celebrate the rich history and tradition of Coronado during Homecoming Week. This Friday's pep rally, parade, football game and crowning of King and Queen will culminate a week of spirit and opportunities for collaboration and team building including class float construction and competition, dress days, and lunch-time contests meant to build excitement and a sense of belonging. Click here to see how the CHS staff kicked off Homecoming Week with a special broadcast surprise for students (spoof of a Jimmy Fallon skit).
Masquerade on Bourbon Street guests Rachel Smith, Heather Grimes, and Carrie and Jason Keyes.
Masquerade on Bourbon Street Benefit Auction a Rousing Success!

While final numbers are still being calculated, the CSF Benefit Auction on October 24th should be a record-breaking event. With the generous support of the Hotel Del Coronado and Title Sponsor Mary Jo Morgan, CSF is sure to provide maximum return for school site program grants for 2016-17. Find out the final numbers, who won the Chevy Spark from Bob Stall Chevrolet, and a link to the video produced by Raindrop Marketing by clicking the "Read More" button.

Mindset - Because Brains & Talents are NOT Enough

Come to Granzer Hall at Coronado Middle School on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:30 PM and learn from the experts about Growth Mindset and why it's crucial for your child's academic success.

Promoting Safe Driving, Biking, and Walking with the City of Coronado's Safe Routes to School Program

As parents, students, educators, and the police work together to ensure a safe arrival to and from school for our children, we strongly encourage everyone to drive safely, keeping your eyes open for children on bicycles, skateboards, or walking. Coronado Police officers are actively enforcing the CA Vehicle Code and local City Ordinances to ensure the safety of our children. Also, the "Safe Routes to School Education Project" has created programs that will greatly enhance the safety of not only the families, but also the entire Coronado community.
