Firefighters CU on Mass Avenue next to the old fire station will move to a new building under construction west of the existing Firefighters Union building, near College Ave. Once the credit union moves, construction can begin on the 236-unit Montage apartment project including 36,000 square feet of retail space. Ten scholarships each valued at $1,000 will be awarded in South-Central Indiana during May 2016. Scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors and non-traditional students who plan to attend a two or four year college, university, or technical school during the 2016-17 school year.
