                In The Spotlight

                        "Maggie"

One of Mychal's longtime students, Maggie Sherman, is moving out of the area and we're so sad to see her go. Maggie has been such a special part of Mychal's Learning Place since she was 15. She's now 22 years old and we've watched her grow into a lovely young lady with incredible potential for success. She always has a smile on her face and is very mature. She's been a great role model to other students and we're sure Maggie will go on to do great things and enjoy the journey she's on with her family.

Maggie's friends in our after school program in Hawthorne helped make a special farewell video for her - enjoy! Good luck in your new home, Maggie! We'll all miss you very much!
