Help Participate in a Chestnut Census

Amelia Harris, graduate student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, is conducting a census of American chestnut sprouts at Bendabout Farm in McDonald, TN.  The census will provide baseline data on chestnuts on the farm which is particularly important since the introduction of a B3F3 test orchard in March 2012.  Surveying will continue through October 2012 and new volunteers are always welcome!  Contact Amelia at apharris21@gmail.com for more information on how you can help.
