First, a disclaimer - we have yet to try this recipe.  As sellers of food, we spend quite a bit of time reading articles, keeping up with trends, and looking for interesting recipes to share with our customers.   Summer is a particular challenge, since no one really wants to spend lots of time cooking, anyway.

In our searches this week for great summertime dishes, we came across a number of recipes for grilled watermelon.  They were all a little bit different, but basically all included:  watermelon, a light cheese such as feta, some greens, and balsamic vinegar. 

This recipe, from the Food Network, appeared to be one of the simplest (always a plus).  Give it a try and let us know how it goes!
