Cindy Shuler is the new Administrative Assistant for Women of Grace. We asked her to share her story:
I never expected to need to be delivered from darkness; I was going to rescue others. I started out with youthful exuberance, a sense of calling, a passionate pursuit of a plan toward a missionary career. A successful college experience behind me, I plunged into a one-year program at Grace Seminary. I took classes and got plugged into a church. At church I met a young man named Gordon. We hung out, built a friendship and somewhere along the way, fell in love. read more

What should I have done?  by Jennifer Fretz
A conversation has replayed over and over again in my head since it happened. It has weighed on me pretty heavily the last several weeks.
My daughter has a friend who comes over to play often. I can't remember the exact script that led up to the conversation. Basically, Gwen was referring to playing together in heaven. I cautiously told Gwen that I didn't know if her friend would be in heaven because I didn't think her family were Christians. I reminded her of the decision that she made to ask Jesus in to her heart and I told her that I wasn't sure if her friend had made the same decision. I pointed out that we needed to remember to show Jesus' love every time we are playing with our friends and to look for opportunities to share Jesus with them. She understood.
A week or so later Gwen's little friend came over to play and, almost as soon as she entered, Gwen started telling me in a whisper, "Ask her, ask her!" I honestly didn't know what she was talking about. What happened next stopped me in my tracks. (more)

An invitation...
The board is rejoicing in the new place God has brought Women of Grace USA through persistent prayer. As God's women, prayer is our God-given right and privilege.
The Prayer Force is made up of pray-ers who intercede especially on the 15th of each month based on updates they receive. You will not be praying for the mere operation of an organization, but for God's mission to be fulfilled in the women of our fellowship through training women to equip others, bringing encouragement to our missionaries, and raising up women to be reconcilers to those in need of redemption.

The Women's Spectrum magazine is inviting women to submit articles that help clarify and personalize the ministry of reconciliation.
