8th Grade Dreams...
By Carol Roundy
| |
After a few long years of middle school, 8th graders move onto high school. Different people want to do different things. Some may say....
"I'm really excited to meet new teachers and new people."
There are going to be many new people and new ideas at a new school. And new things to look forward to. For example,"The cross country team," a student said. Or "the soccer team," another student said.
Another thing to think about is which high school to go to. Some may say "Oak Park High School," while others say "Agoura," or "I'm planning on moving soon."
Click here to see what else 8th graders have to say.

Recycling At Medea

We are having a big problem in the world having to do with recycling. I have interviewed five different people at Medea to see how we are doing and I asked questions like: what more do we have to do, and how are recycling bins helping or not helping the environment? I am thinking we are getting to be on the right track, but we still need to do more. The trash we throw out is getting so bad that it is starting to ruin habitats. The results mostly made me upset though. Click here to find out more.
