Thank you!
We recently received a note of thanks from an employee and it touched us so much we wanted to share it.
Thanks to all our wonderful employees who make our days a little brighter!
Mary,
Just a quick thought before it gets "wide open" on this Monday morning!
I realize it shouldn't be this way but, Thanksgiving for me, is usually a time to think about all the things that I should have been giving thanks for all year long!
Things are moving so fast and time is at a premium and it doesn't leave much time for reflection. No excuses!
I'm extremely grateful and thankful for you and everyone at Sirius for what you do!
I am grateful to have a job for sure but, more than that, to work with people like yourself, who give 110% and have a genuine care for the well being of the people around you.
When David first mentioned the Sirius group to me, I remember saying to him "They're a job headhunter."
Nothing could be further from the truth! There's nothing "generic" about the care and responsibility that you and the staff give to the people you come in contact with!
I feel genuinely blessed to know you and grateful to be associated with Sirius!
Please forward my thoughts to everyone in the Staff!
Have a Great Holiday!

Rest In Peace Our Sweet Bradley
It is with great sadness that we share with you the loss of PFC Richard "Bradley" Powell, 20, of Mobile AL, son of Mary & Richard Powell on Saturday, December 8, 2012. Bradley was a 2011 graduate of Baker High School and joined the United States Army a short time after school. He was an active member of the Armed Forces at Fort Bragg, NC. where he was stationed when he was killed by a drunk driver while walking to the store. He was assigned to the 101st Chemical Company, 82nd Sustainment Brigade. Bradley completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, and Supply Specialist Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, VA. During his time in the Army, Bradley was awarded the National Defense Service medal, Global War on Terrorism Service medal, and the Army Service ribbon. Brad and his sister Meagan have been a part of our staffing family since they were very little and we mourn the loss of our sweet, smiling Bradley. Please keep the Powell family in your prayers for the difficult road ahead of them. Mary would also like to extend her thanks and appreciation to all her friends, colleagues and employees who have offered their support and condolences during the last couple weeks. She and her family are full of appreciation.

Sirius Goes "DIRTY GIRL"
We invite you to join our Sirius staff who are supporting another great cause on Feb. 16, 2013, to help fight cancer....breast cancer! The details of this fun event are noted below on the DIRTY GIRLS WEBSITE and registration can be completed in the link provided. Our team name is the "Sirius Treasured Chests" !

Overview
Mobile Dirty Girl is a 5k mud run for women of all ages and athletic abilities. Don't worry - it's not a "race" in the traditional sense. It is an untimed obstacle course designed to push you slightly out of your comfort zone, but only as far as you are comfortable going. Forming teams is encouraged, and so is helping your fellow Dirty Girls get through to the finish. At a Dirty Girl Mud Run you'll find excitement, laughter, and camaraderie-as well as lots of music and even some adult beverages. It's a day you'll never forget.
Course Description
Run, walk, climb, crawl-you will experience it all. With obstacle names like H2OMG and PMS (Pretty Muddy Stuff), you can expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. But don't worry, if you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenge for you-hey, take one of the detours. Also expect safety throughout. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.
Racing Strategy
Take it easy and have fun! The courses will be run through off road terrain; you'll be muddy, wet, and laughing so hard it'll be hard to breath at times ;) There are safety personnel at mile markers 1 and 2 and water stations as well.
Spectator Tips
Prepare your guests - they'll be overwhelmed with a sense of jealousy as they watch you experience what will be remembered as one of the best days of your life! Make sure they bring a camera as the memories will be priceless!
Miscellaneous Info
We're proud of Dirty Girl as an exhilarating event that empowers women through camaraderie, fun and shared challenges. In the spirit of shared challenge, we're proud to donate a portion of all registration fees to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We're excited to assist in their life-saving mission to help women in need with education, early detection and treatment.
Thanks to Dirty Girl runners everywhere, in 2012 we exceeded our minimum goal of at least $250,000. In 2013, Dirty Girl has a goal of delivering over $1,000,000 in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Let the games, and giving, begin!

Safety Tips: New Year's Eve
If you are hosting or going to a New Year's Eve party,
following a few simple rules could prevent a tragedy:
- Plan ahead by naming a "designated driver." Make this your responsibility as the host.
- Contact a local cab company to provide rides for your guests.
- Serve non-alcoholic beverages as an option to your guests.
- Stop serving alcohol to your guests several hours before the party ends.
- Provide your guests with a place to stay overnight in your home.
If you are attending New Year's Eve parties and celebrations:
- If you drink, don't drive.
- Plan ahead and always designate a sober driver before the party or celebration begins.
- If you are impaired, call a taxi, use mass transit, or get a sober friend or family member to come pick you up.
- Or, stay where you are until you are sober.
Take the keys from someone if you think he or she is too impaired to drive! This could save someone's life!
