FAQ'S - Workshop Services
Q - Can you get parts for my Caravan or Motorhome?
A - Yes, as well as Swift Group, Lunar, CI, Pilote and Tribute, we can get parts direct from manufacturers such as Bailey, Autocruise, Rapido, Autotrail, Dethleffs etc.
Q - Can you service my Caravan to maintain its warranty?
A - Yes, as an NCC Approved Workshop, our service is valid to maintain the warranty for all major manufacturers.
Q - Why should I book my Caravan or Motorhome service with Davan?
A - We only use qualified staff (other service centres do not)!
You will receive a full report and you also get a comprehensive water ingress report (not always included with other service centres, and vitally important).
Q - My time is precious; can I have my service done on the same day I bring the van in?
A - Yes, we offer morning or afternoon slots - if you bring the van in at 8.30am it will be ready by 12.30pm, or if you bring the van in at 12.00 noon it will be ready by 4.30pm.
Q - I want to make sure the gas system is safe in my Caravan/Motorhome, can you help?
A - Our 'Gas Safe Registered' staff can do a safety check for you.
Q - Can I spread the cost of my service?
A - Yes, the Davan Service Plan offers the ability to pay monthly, plus lots of other benefits.
