FDA Compliance for Summary of Records

In November, ReproTech asked:   
When creating a current (2013) Summary of Records for donor tissue, which of the following is NOT required in order to be FDA compliant?

Respondents answered as follows: 

NAT HIV/HCV Testing Results 24%

Name of Establishment Performing Eligibility  24%

Date of Infectious Disease Screening  7%

Screening Facility is CLIA Certified or Has Met Equivalent CMS Requirements 45% 
 

The Lady Aces of Reno NV (including daughter of RTL Nevada office director Danika Batastini)  
bring  holiday cheer to a 13 year old softball girl currently battling lymphoma. Donations of holiday gifts were made through Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation.  
Industry News
