FDA Warning Letter Posted

The FDA recently posted a warning letter regarding donor elibibility on its website. To ensure that we all remain aware of errors that can occur, please take a few minutes to view the Deviation letter posted on

Specimen Transfer Data Form Updated

ReproTech's Specimen Transfer Data form, B DIS-050 Revision O became effective on 11/16/12.

This form is completed by your clinic and included with each account transferred to ReproTech.

Support the Family Act

to Increase Patient Access to IVF

The Family Act is a bill to create a tax credit for the out-of-pocket costs associated with IVF, including fertility preservation procedures.

The goal is to get as many Senators and Members of Congress to co-sponsor this bill and to seek a hearing on the bill in the appropriate House and Senate Committees.

Please ask your elected officials in Washington to co-sponsor the Family Act of 2011. The bill is being considered until December 31, 2012.

Congress has specifically asked to hear from doctors; it is imperative that hundreds of doctors show their support of the Family Act of 2011.
