What Can You Learn from Your Peers?

Ever wonder how your organization stacks up to others in the field? Whether your organization is large or small, serves urban or rural communities, is a start-up or celebrating its 100th anniversary, it can be helpful to assess your progress with the knowledge of how other organizations are performing.

TCC Group's Core Capacity Assessment Tool
(CCAT), an online survey that measures nonprofit effectiveness, brings real-time benchmarking capabilities that can enhance an organization's understanding of its strengths and weaknesses, as well as inform strategic planning efforts.  Nonprofits can confidentially compare themselves to other nonprofits based on self-selected criteria such as budget, type of service, and delivery model (direct service, policy advocacy, etc.) Organizations choose the benchmarking criteria and can run as many comparisons as they like.

The national CCAT database consists of more than 3,500 nonprofit organizations that have taken the survey. These organizations represent the full spectrum of nonprofit sub-sectors and range from small, grassroots organizations to institutions with multi-million dollar budgets. Learn more.
