Courtney Bell
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Courtney graduated from the University of Cincinnati in March of 2012 with a Bachelor's in Human and Economic Geography, as well as a minor in Spanish. She started her career in project management for a financial services company, where she met her esteemed coworker, Michelle Martin. Courtney continued on with project management for a year and a half, eventually moving into a bilingual role for a payroll processing company. She is new to this industry, but is very enthusiastic and excited for her future here as we are too!

Steven graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Domestic and International Economies. After graduating from UC in 2008, Steven had the opportunity to join the sales force for an industrial cutting tool distributor in Cincinnati. At the end of 2012, Steven joined the Finance and Accounting group at Luxottica Retail, an international and industry leading retailer and manufacturer of sports and luxury eyewear. Steven was also involved in managing multimillion dollar accounts from an accounting perspective, providing back up and assistance to internal and external audits for internal controls, 1099 filing for active vendors, new process implementations, statement reconciliations, month end closing procedures, and supervised 4 direct reports along with the daily disbursement functions for all outgoing payments as an Accounts Payable Accountant/Supervisor.
