Send a letter to Congress on NIH/NCI Funding
Thank you to all who have already responded and sent an email letter to their 2 senators and 1 congressman/woman.

Here's the LINK with complete instructions and suggested wording.

Hey Joan Lunden
Have you been to the supermarket lately and perused the latest People magazine? Do you watch the Today Show?

If not, you may not be aware of plans for the Today's Show "Bold and Bald" promotion on October 1 with Joan Lunden, who was diagnosed a few months ago with Stage II triple negative breast cancer.

Thank goodness we have the voice of reason (and a little humor) in Katherine O'Brien's latest blog:

MBCN is a national, independent, nonprofit, all volunteer, patient-led advocacy organization dedicated to the unique concerns of the women and men living with metastatic breast cancer. We strive to help those living with metastatic breast cancer be their own best advocate through providing education and information on treatments and coping with the disease.
