New ER+ Drugs
Shirley
Shirley Mertz
Greetings!,

There has been a lot in the news lately about promising new drugs for treatment of ER+ metastatic breast cancer. These drugs are known as CDK 4/6 inhibitors and currently three different pharmaceutical companies each have a drug of this type in clinical trials.

We at MBCN are hopeful that these drugs will eventually show benefits of overall survival when the current phase 3 trials, which are still open, are completed.

Wishing you the joys of this season--Springtime, Easter, Passover -- a time of renewal and hope for all of us.

Warmest regards,

Shirley
