Join us for an interactive workshop for parents. Learn about the health risks of marijuana, the laws in Massachusetts, and substance abuse services available for parents and students. Come learn what a Gap/Bridge Year is and can be.

Come hear from people with experience on gap/bridge years - a local expert, some students, and some parents - about what a gap/bridge year is and why a gap/bridge year is becoming more popular among high school graduates. And help us develop a resource list for CPS families
Bob Gilpin, Educational Consultant, including on Gap Years. Bob Gilpin has been providing college counseling for many years, gap year advising since 1989, taught at Milton Academy for 26 years and is the co-author of Time Out. [His gap year presentation at Brookline High the last eight years is always well-received. This appearance is his first at CRLS.]
