The Embry Rucker Community Shelter housed 16 families totaling 53 people (including 37 children) and 35 adult individuals. Of the families who exited the shelter, 71 percent moved to permanent housing and 70 percent of the singles who exited the shelter moved to permanent housing.

Community Case Management services were provided to 107 individuals to keep them stably housed and out of homelessness. 29 families (including 51 children) and 3 single adults received rapid-rehousing, diversion and prevention services.
T he Foreclosure Prevention program assisted 22 households, of which 8 households (24 beneficiaries) have thus far been able to bring resolution to their case to avoid foreclosure. In the Pre-Purchase Counseling program, 3 households were assisted and are in the preparation stages for a home purchase.
Our Pro Bono Legal Clinic at the Southgate Community Center provided 14 people free consultation with a lawyer.
