1,283 beneficiaries of
Emergency and Self-Sufficiency Services Program received bags of food and toiletry items, 133 households received information and referrals, and 58 participated in life skills classes.
311 individuals received case management and other services through our Emergency and Supported Housing Programs to prevent homelessness and keep them stably housed. 86 of those men and women received emergency shelter services, of which 15 moved into permanent/transitional housing.
Healthy Families provided 96 families with home-based parenting education, health information and community support.
Our Foreclosure Prevention program assisted 17 households, of which 9 households (32 beneficiaries) have been able to bring resolution to their case to avoid foreclosure.
More than $1,100 was provided to help 5 households (18 beneficiaries) in financial crisis to avoid rental eviction or disconnection from a vital utility.
