Greetings!

October is Dental Hygiene Month - are you taking good care of your teeth and gums at home? We're full of tips to improve your flossing this month, give them a try!

Do you know the proper way to BRUSH and FLOSS?
Here are some important ways to keep your smile healthy:

  • Brush twice a day with a soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.
  • Brushing before bedtime removes plaque which leads to gum disease and tooth decay.
  • Replace your toothbrush every three months.
  • Be sure to floss at least once daily.
  • Flossing removes food particles and plaque between teeth which leads to gum disease and tooth decay.
  • Start with enough floss, 18 inches is good, so that you can use a fresh section as you go along.
