Sign Up For Another Great Year!
Re-enrollment season is here! All students, in rising KT/K5 - rising 12th Grade should plan on securing their spot for next year by participating in the online re-enrollment process.
Re-Enrollment continues until Monday, February 29. Rates (per student) are as follows:
Saturday, January 16 - Sunday, January 31 - $235
Monday, February 1 - Monday, February 29 - $310
March 1 - Re-enrollment closes. Regular enrollment fees apply - $450 for each student.

You're invited to join us for an Evening with Gigi Graham - a fund raiser to benefit the Shannon Forest Christian School Annual Fund. This event will be held on Friday, February 19, at The Loom at Cotton Mill Place in Simpsonville and is hosted by the SFCS Board of Trustees and co-chaired by parents Olivia Pedersen and Jerushah Armfield. Invitations and response cards have been mailed and tickets are on sale now for $25 per plate. Please return all response cards via mail or to any school office by Thursday, February 4.

Shannon Forest Pay It Forward Days Are Back!
Once again, we're going to spread the good news about Shannon Forest Christian School to our community, with random acts of kindness!
Candy Gram Time Is Just Around The Corner
The junior class will once again be offering the always popular Candy Grams starting on Monday, February 1! The cost for a Candy Gram with a Hershey Kiss is $0.25 each. You can add additional kisses for $0.25 for each. Stuffed animal Candy Grams cost $1.50. The sale will run through Thursday, February 11 with final deliveries made on Friday, February 12.

Students in Ashley King's Triple Threat Silva-MESTER class spent a day in the L East Campus STEM Lab where they built pitched musical instruments that were able to play Mary Had a Little Lamb, the ABC Song, and Happy Birthday. While all of the instruments played Mary Had a Little Lamb, only a few were able to perform Happy Birthday which required all 8 pitches of a major scale!

Publix Partners Update
Thanks to our families using their Publix Partners key tags during the holiday shopping season, our bonus from Publix Partners nearly DOUBLED this quarter! Please continue to say, "Yes, I have a school card" at your neighborhood Publix. It really pays off!
Remember to Save Your Box Tops
Our latest Box Tops for Education contest continues! The homeroom class that turns in the most box tops will earn a morning snack and their teacher will get a $50 gift certificate to the place of their choosing. Please cut and bag your box tops and submit to any school office or classroom teacher by Monday, February 22. Remember to label with your student's and teacher's names, so credit can be given to the proper class.

Half-Court Shot Parent Contest This Thursday!
Join us this Thursday, January 21, to cheer on our Crusader Basketball teams as they tip-off against Southside Christian!
Junior Varsity Boys - 5:00 p.m.
Women's Varsity - 6:00 p.m.
Men's Varsity - 7:30 p.m.
Shannon Forest PARENTS will have the opportunity to take a half-court shot during halftime of the Men's Varsity game to win HALF off of a 2016-2017 Crusader Club Membership for their first student athlete (a savings of over $75)! *
* Must be a current Shannon Forest parent, or grandparent. One shot per participant. Up to three prizes will be awarded. Contest will end when the players return to the court, when three prizes have been awarded or all contestants have had a turn. One prize awarded per family.
