Shannon Forest's student body includes 44 international students from 9 different countries including: Holland, Mexico, Germany, Canada, South Africa, Serbia, Belgium, China and the United Arab Emirates.  As our president, Bob Collins has said," I do not believe it is by accident that Shannon Forest is situated in Greenville, which has, per capita, the highest concentration of international businesses in the United States.  Shannon Forest has a unique opportunity to be a missionary to the world."

National Foreign Language Week Events

This week is National Foreign Language Week and Shannon Forest's foreign language teachers are celebrating by having their classes create cultural posters, play traditional music during lunch, participate in various arts and crafts projects, and enjoy food samples available during lunch.  The German students will also be reading German fairy tales to the lower school students.
