Last week, Mrs. Patterson baked a giant gingerbread cookie for her Transitional Kindergarten (KT) class to eat at snack time but, when they came back from PE, he was GONE!  His disappearance led to a massive hunt through the Early Childhood Building.  He was found at last, hiding in Mrs. Pearson's file cabinet!

KT adventures continued when students recently enjoyed a day of winter fun.  Mrs. Patterson's class had so much fun, students didn't even realize a lot of learning was going on!  Math, phonemic awareness, critical thinking and problem solving skills and concepts were integrated throughout the fun activities.

JD Stubbs, Jacob Harding and David Imasuen snuggle in their igloo.

Christian Davis, Graham Mathias, Rachel Samuel, Katelyn Wyland, Luke Doherty, Owen DuBoise have fun sorting and classifying winter clothes.

Mrs. Maxwell's Kindergarten class planted over 60 red tulip bulbs along the East Campus (LS) garden fence last week. The class can't wait to see them bloom this spring!
