Right before our trip to SV I was commission to do a "Retro Session" for Lady Liz. She was getting married in a month and wanted to surprise her fiance with a pinup.

I always feel so fortunate when I work with other talented artist. When Becky Broeder of Broeder Design hired me to photograph a Missoula home me she had designed,  I knew we would come up with some great images.

Spring in the Rockies

birds bird and more birds....

One of my favorite things to do early spring is to hike up the mountains and become an amateur ornithologist.
Below are some of my findings.

The above image was taken the day before the lunar eclipse, when the moon turned red. I was preparing to shoot the "red moon" but the following night the sky was totally overcast.  I'm  glad I shot it the night before.

 Dear Readers,

 April turned out to be a bit of blur...and as a photographer I am not sure that is a good thing. Now as May is passing and looking back I can say there have been some great photo projects and personal trips.
The annual spring break trip took us to the famous resort Sun Valley.  The family took hikes, went ice skating, a ride on the gondola up Mt Baldy and a dip in the "round hot pool"...of course our traditional viewing of  the movie " Sun Valley Serenade" at the historic Opera House...

Before the trip, I did manage to do a couple of shoots. One was a Retro Woman shoot of Lady Liz. It was fun!!!

When I got back from our trip I collaborated with a new client,  Broeder Design .  month.  The talented interior designer, Becky Broeder,  hired me to photograph her latest home design.

For all you brides still looking I have just booked my first wedding for September. If you or  your friends are planning a  fall wedding give me a call.

I am now printing my Fine Art photos on metal and I have to say it looks stunning.

The idea came from the dilemma of what to hang in my own bathroom. A material that would withstand the humidity ...Voila!!! Metal Prints...It is stunning.

I am now an official a music consultant to an Ad agency in London.
What does that mean?
The agency OxfordSM
hires me to suggest the best music for their
projects.
All those years of playing an listening are paying off, literally...   

and the winner is ....
The most likes on my Like us on Facebook page was an image I had taken on my iPhone  of my daughter, family photos seem to get the most likes:) pretending to dance Flamenco.
