Start the new year off with this webinar for educators and families who are new to accessible instructional materials (AIM). Join us to learn the current basic information about the provision of accessible instructional materials. Topics in this introductory webinar include legal issues, the changing language of AIM, a decision-making process, and how to locate and use supporting AIM Center resources including the AIM Quick Starts for Families and Educators web resource.

Webinar: Buy Accessible! What that Means and Why it Matters

Join us for an engaging conversation about the purposes and benefits of purchasing digital learning materials that are designed with robust accessibility features. Examples of accessibility features in both content and delivery systems will be discussed and shared. Participants will also learn about the tools and supports available through the AIM Center's PALM (Purchase Accessible Learning Materials) Initiative.

Webinar: Using AIM Center Resources in the Provision of Learning Opportunities

AIM and NIMAS Advisory Board Meetings Update


The annual AIM Advisory Board Meeting will be held in April this year in Washington, DC with a focus on the work we are doing with the ten states involved in intensive AIM technical assistance.

The NIMAS Standards Board will meet in Orlando, FL on January 29, 2014. Meeting information will be available shortly on the AIM website.
