MBSS is in the process of implementing a new phone system with many new features.  The new system will provide existing customers and their patients easier access to the appropriate departments or contacts.  While Chris, our friendly receptionist, will continue to answer the majority of our calls, there will be a new automated attendant as well.  Our phone menu options will be changing so please listen for the new selections.  We are keeping the same extensions for all employees so if you are use to dialing the three digit extensions, this will not be changing.  You may also fiind a staff member by using the dial-by-name feature.  Simply press "9" on the main menu and then enter the employee's last name. As always, you can reach the Receptionist at any time during business hours for assistance just by dialing "0."

Our main, toll free number is 1-866-749-6277 to reach any MBSS department or staff member.  Our local Pennsylvania number is 724-743-5960.  All of our existing numbers have not changed and will be ported over to our new carrier.  We are scheduled to fully implement the new system on November 12th.

We also are in the process of implementing a new digital faxing system.  This was implemented last week.  However, it has come to our attention that there was a short period between October 31st through November 1st in which all of our faxes were not ported into the system.  If you sent a fax during that period, please verify with your account representative that we received the information.

This upgrade to our phone system will enable us to provide the best possible service we can.  Please do not hesitate to call if you should have any questions or concerns about our new system.
