Friendly Reminder

There are two preferred methods to use when logging out of IMS: 

The first method would be to click on the word ACTION located at the top left hand corner and choose  EXIT. 

The second method would be to go to the last icon on the toolbar (which lokks like a door with an arrow) and click on the icon.

Utilizing one of these methods will ensure that the user is completely logging out and closing the software. 

The incorrect method of logging out of IMS is clicking on the RED X located at the top right hand corner.

We have had several instances of the user logging out incorrectly causing the user to remain logged in on the server.  This will cause errors and kick outs.  Please utilize one of the two methods demonstrated below.
