In an effort to maintain the highest quality of service, periodically it is necessary to conduct maintenance activities that affect our service infrastructure.

Please find the details of a scheduled maintenance event below.

Description: Telecommunications Carrier Network Maintenance
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (1 Allegheny Center Mall)
Date / Time: 09-20-2012 12:59 AM - 09-20-2012 2:59 AM

Maintenance Details: This event will increase network capacity on a device serving your data center services at the Allegheny Center Mall data center listed above in support of future growth.

Note: This event was originally scheduled to commence on 9/13/2012, but has been rescheduled to 9/20/2012 during the same time window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Customer Impact: Up to four (4) service interruptions of no more than five (5) minutes in duration are anticipated during this maintenance event. The actual impact should not exceed the scheduled timeframe.
