Provincial Minister Primo P. Piscitello, OFM |
NEW YORK - Brothers, as you all know, last week the Administrations of the seven U.S. Provinces finally took their place at the table to begin the conversation about our future and the reconfiguration of our way of life in the United States.
It was a wonderful meeting that was characterized by a spirit of prayer, a spirit of joy, and a spirit of transparency that lead to honest, open and fruitful conversations.
I am so grateful to the members of our Province who participated in this gathering along with me: Robert Campagna, our Vicar; Vincent Ciaravino, Patrick Boyle, and Rick Martignetti, members of our Council; and Michael MacInnis and Conrad Fernandes, who served as delegates in place of the two Council members who did not attend. Michael Della Penna, as a member of the Interprovincial Commission also participated in the meeting; and Tom Washburn, was the Chair of the gathering. Thank you to all of you.
Below you will find the Letter of the Provincial Ministers from this meeting as well as a Newsletter that will give you more understanding of what took place. I look forward, and hope you do too, to our continued closer relationship with our brothers through this process.
God bless,
