The Rural Institute Transition and Employment Projects is pleased to announce four webinars scheduled for 2016. Interested individuals may participate from their own offices or homes, and there is no registration cost for any of the sessions.

A panel of presenters will address important pieces of the transition puzzle, such as when to start transition planning, what to do and how to do it, health care transition planning, and more.
