Sheryl Adkins-Green is responsible for leading the strategic global marketing strategy including brand positioning, new product development, social media, advertising, packaging, digital marketing, product knowledge and pricing principles for Mary Kay domestically and globally. Her goal is to make the Mary Kay brand irresistible! Sheryl joined Mary Kay Inc. in January 2009 as the Vice President of Global Brand Development and was named Chief Marketing Officer in July 2011. While serving as Mary Kay's Vice President of Global Brand Development, Sheryl was instrumental in developing and implementing the new product portfolio strategy which is now generating a sustainable stream of exciting skin, color, and fragrance products that are strengthening Mary Kay's competitive position globally. Sheryl brings a wealth of knowledge to the Chief Marketing Officer role not only from her Mary Kay experience, but also from her work as an executive for several notable companies including Kraft Foods, Snapple Beverage Group, Alberto-Culver, and Citigroup. |

Costello is a proven senior executive with 30 years of experience in consumer products, retailing and technology. The first half of his career was spent in classic management jobs, with the second half helping companies navigate high change environments, from start-ups to $70 billion companies. Costello has been involved in some of the most successful business/marketing campaigns including "America Runs On Dunkin", "Fighting Cavities Is The Whole Idea Behind Crest", "Come See The Softer Side of Sears" and "You Can Do It. We Can Help." at The Home Depot. He was one of the early leaders of multi-channel retailing to leverage the synergies between retail stores, catalogs, DR TV and the Internet.

Anne Lewnes

As Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Ann Lewnes is responsible for Adobe's marketing and communications efforts worldwide. She drives the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, marketing campaigns, public relations, social media and field marketing efforts. As champion of Adobe's brand to employees and the community, she also oversees Adobe's employee communications and corporate social responsibility efforts including the Adobe Foundation, which funds philanthropic initiatives around the world. Prior to joining Adobe in November 2006, Lewnes served as vice president of sales and marketing at Intel Corporation.

Simon is currently CMO PBC, responsible for PepsiCo's North American Beverage portfolio, its marketing strategy, innovation and execution. Simon had been Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsi International since July 2007. Previously he was VP of Marketing, CSDs for PI, responsible for developing and executing the beverage marketing programs around the world. Simon joined the company from Unilever in 1996 as the UK Marketing Director before moving into a European assignment.

Lucio has more than 25 years of global marketing and brand management experience earned at some of the world's most successful consumer packaged goods companies including Kraft General Foods, RJR Foods International and Procter & Gamble.
