Greetings!
After being in the specialty toy business since 1977, we are diversifying...and really excited about it!
Our neighbor at our Boulder store, Gymboree Music & Play, closed their business and left all their wonderful equipment for us. We have been fortunate to lease this space and have recently opened play!at Grandrabbit's.
Can you imagine learning African Dance and Drumming?...how about yoga? ...or art taught through the masters? We are in the process of building our curriculum and it's going to be extra-ordinary! Watch for more information and scheduling later this month
We have been wildly creative and are having tons of fun, chime in with your inspirations, wants and wishes! As we know, it takes a village to raise a child!

 PARENT'S NIGHT OUT!
You asked and we listened! play! at Grandrabbit's is excited to announce Parent's Night Out in The Village every Friday night from 6pm-9pm! Our focus is developing your children's skills through imagination, creativity, and interactive playtime but we don't stop there!  SUMMER READING AT GRANDRABBIT'S
Take a "Journey into a Good Book" this summer when you join the Grandrabbit's Toy Shoppe Summer Reading program. Three exciting expedition levels make it fun for kids ages 2 - 13 to read! Pick up your printed materials at any Grandrabbit's location (Boulder, Orchard or the Flatirons Store) and launch into a book today!
The Expedition Levels:
Read-Aloud Group - For children still in the picture book phase with parents doing most of the reading
Beginning Reading Group
- For children reading Level 1-3 books or short chapter books like Judy Moody, Magic Tree House or Dinosaur Cove
Chapter Book Group -For children reading chapter books on their own
If you attend Storytime at our Boulder location, the books you hear there can count toward your total. When you finish, bring in your completed sheet to earn a free book! (Up to a $7.99 value) The program ends July 31st

Tuesdays at 11:30am - Ages 2-8. Older children are welcome (Read Along and Beginner level get a book check for story time attendance!)

Why do you like working at Grandrabbit's? Grandrabbit's is fun! It's a creative outlet and an opportunity to practice my passion of building a community where people work together and collaborate to achieve common goals and benefits! I want Grandrabbit's to promote a cultural belief that the well being of all the world's children is our highest priority.
What do you do outside of work for fun? I love spending time with my children and grandchildren, hiking with my dog (Gracie), running, traveling, reading, following news & politics, hanging out with my women's groups, and when I have the time I love to re-model.
What's your favorite toy? I love Books because they are teachers of the world, creative inspiration, community builders and an inter-generational connection between us all. They can show us how to be human and to simply live our best lives. |
