Rebecca Grover graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and went on to earn her Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. Prior to joining the Eating Disorders Center at EBTCS, Rebecca served as the Program Director at the Center for Discovery in Bellevue, WA, a residential eating disorders program for adults. She has been working in the field of eating disorders since 2008 and has been actively involved giving local presentations, leading support groups, and serving on the board for the Puget Sound chapter of the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Rebecca provides individual and family therapy to clients struggling with eating disorders and other co-occurring disorders, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She provides a range of eating disorder treatments, including CBT-E, DBT-informed treatment, as well as Family Based Therapy (FBT). In addition to her clinical work, Rebecca also serves on an Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of Washington and assists with the ethical oversight of social science research protocols. She is a licensed therapist in the state of Washington.
