Understanding Binge Eating:
The Key to Effective Treatment
with Dr. Kari Anderson, L.P.C.

Effective treatment for binge eating is based largely on understanding the role of bingeing for each client. Whether using the binge behavior for affect regulation, to achieve a dissociative state or to avoid addressing one's fears; treatment must follow function.

This educational Webinar will explore common behavioral themes for binge eating and the evidenced based treatments that have been shown to be effective.
