Dr. Marti Ireland, in private practice in Virginia, is an IAEDP-certified supervisor. For more than 25 years, she has focused on the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. Her organizational memberships include IAEDP, NEDA, ANAD, AED, ANA, and ISMHO. A former clinical director of a multidisciplinary IOP center, Dr. Ireland now focuses on the integration of technology and psychotherapy. She is co-founder of Virtual Therapy Connect, a web portal for clinicians offering HIPAA/HITECH compliant video teleconferencing and secure emailing. Her presentations include George Washington University, the 2011 Renfrew Center Foundation Conference, 2012 NASW National Conference and 2012 ACBS World Conference

Janine Anthony Bowen's legal practice focuses on strategic commercial transactions involving technology and intellectual property. Such transactions include licensing and acquisition of technology; issues surrounding the protection and exploitation of Internet-based assets; privacy and information security; and technology export compliance. Bowen counsels clients on general technology and intellectual property matters, negotiates and drafts a wide range of technology agreements, and handles technology disputes. She also serves as technology counsel on M&A transactions and has significant general contracting experience. Bowen serves as legal counsel for Virtual Therapy Connect and has co-presented with Dr. Ireland on the topic of technology and psychotherapy.

Become a Fellow of iaedp (F.iaedp)
You deserve to be recognized and validated as an experienced clinician and iaedp is committed to helping our members! The Board of Directors and Awards Committee created the Fellow of iaedp (F.iaedp), a new category of elevated membership status available to highly committed and accomplished professionals.
For consideration for elevated membership status as a Fellow of iaedp, candidates' collective contributions over time will be evaluated. Guidelines identify but are not exclusive to iaedp members of seven continuous years or more who have been in practice for a minimum of 15 years, are preferably Certified Eating Disorder Specialists and have demonstrated accomplishment and participation in the field through activities such as teaching, presentations, training, research, writing and innovative community projects. Each honoree will receive a special certificate of recognition and Fellow Members may include "F. iaedp" with his or her credentials. Award nominations and Fellow of iaedp applications are encouraged from members through forms provided online. More information here
