OUR 2013 JUDGES
  

 

Fritz Liedtke is a renowned photographic fine artist who created Skeletons in the Closet, a series of intimate portraits of women and men struggling with the secrets of anorexia and bulimia. Skeletonsinthecloset.com 

 

Michelle L. Dean, MA, ATR-BC, LPC, CGP is a Registered, Board Certified Art Psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor (PA) and Certified Group Psychotherapist. Michelle is a nationally recognized author and expert in treating individuals who have eating disorders. More about Michelle

 

Carol Dietrich is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist currently practicing at the La Ventana Treatment Center. With a compassionate and empathic presence, she uses drama and theater processes to assist women with eating disorders achieve psychological and spiritual growth and change.

 

Lindsey Hall Cohn, BA, CEDS is a respected author and pioneer in the field of eating disorders, who wrote the first book on bulimia. She has received awards from IAEDP, NEDA, and the ED Coalition. In the 1970s and 80s, her hand-sewn, soft sculpture "Gürze Designs" dolls were sold worldwide in more than 300 gift shops and featured in magazines and on TV. Gurze Books

 

Leigh Cohn, M.A.T., CEDS has coauthored a dozen books on eating disorders and is editor-in-chief of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention. He has lectured on eating disorders at more than 30 universities and professional conferences and is often quoted in the media on the subject of males and eating disorders. He is also an avid oil painter whose works can be viewed at LeighPaintings.com.

 

Mary Bellofatto, MA, LMHC, NCC CEDS, TEP is Immediate Past President of iaedp, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the state of Florida , a national Certified Counselor, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, approved iaedp supervisor, and a renowned certified Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner of Psychodrama. 

 

OUR RESULTS 

 

The judges will award First Place, Runner Up, and Honorable Mention prizes to be announced at our Continuing the Legacy Banquet on Opening Night Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Symposium 2013 in Las Vegas!

 

Our special "Professionals Choice Award" is chosen by the iaedp membership. Voting will be done by those attending the Symposium in Las Vegas and through online voting that will be available for those unable to attend.  Look for details in an upcoming Inside iaedp!
