The North Richland Hills Animal Adoption & Rescue Center will join shelters across DFW for Clear the Shelters Day on Saturday, July 23, 2016. Pet adoption fees will be waived for this day only. Come by to find your furry new family member! We will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or until the shelter is clear of all adoptable pets. 

Tips to remember:
  • adoptions are first come first served.
  • dress appropriate for the weather, stay hydrated and be prepared to be patient as there will be a line.
  • if you are planning to adopt a cat or kitten, please remember to bring a carrier with you.
  • if you are renter, please check with your landlord ahead of time to make sure there are no pet restrictions. Bringing a letter from your landlord stating you can have a pet will help the process as well.
  • monetary donations are always welcomed so we can continue to help other pets in need.

Save the Date: Doggie Beach Bash 

Save the date for the 2016 Doggie Beach at NRH2O Family Water Park. This year's Beach Bash will be held on Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 
all proceeds benefiting the North Richland Hills Animal Adoption & Rescue Center. 

Bring the whole family - including your four-legged friends - out for a day of fun in the sun!
