NRH FREE Sounds of Spring Concert Series begins this Friday Night!

Greetings!
North Richland Hills 2016 Sounds of Spring concert season kicks off this Friday, April 15, with the very popular Tejas Brothers. Specializing in "music that makes people happy," this lively quartet will get toes tapping and hands clapping in their Sounds of Spring debut. Bring your friends and family, along with your lawn chairs for a great night of music and fun. Concert begins at 7 p.m., with gates opening at 6 p.m. at the NRH Centre plaza, 6000 Hawk Avenue.
Sounds of Spring will happen rain or shine! In case of inclement weather, the concert will move indoors at the same location to the Grand Hall, 6000 Hawk Ave. Doors will still open at 6:00 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Admission is FREE and seating is on the lawn so don't forget to bring a lawn chair or blanket. The Kidz Zone will be jam packed with free games, activities and crafts for those little music fans at all six shows!
Food will be available to purchase from a variety of gourmet food trucks, or you are welcome to bring your own picnic, but please no glass containers. (The Events Plaza is a tobacco free park in accordance with City Ordinance #2249. The following are not allowed: video and audio recording, unauthorized vendors, glass containers.) Also, please no scooters or skateboards.
Parking is available in three different lots for the concerts and is on a first come, first served basis. Handicap parking is also available. Follow the parking signs that will direct you to Sounds of Spring parking. PARKING MAP
2016 Sounds of Spring Line-Up:
SPECIAL CONCERT - LOCATION CHANGE - MAY 13 ONLY
The location of the May 13 concert will change to New City Hall Plaza, located at 4301 City Point Drive. Join us for our Grand Opening event! Tours are from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., ribbon cutting is at 6 p.m. and the concert kicks off at 7 p.m.
