Join Mayor Oscar Trevino on a path to better health at the 6 th Annual Mayor's 5K Walk on Saturday, April 2, 2016 starting in the parking lot of the NRH Centre,  6000 Hawk Ave. The walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. with pre-walk fun and warm-up at 8:45 a.m.
There is no fee to participate, but pre-registration is encouraged. Registration can be completed online, at the NRH Centre Guest Services desk or by calling 817-427-6600. T-shirts available for $10 each. Wear a crazy hat or a tutu and get walking!
In case of inclement weather on Walk Day, the event will be moved inside at the NRH Centre to the indoor walking track! Register Today for this free walk! The Mayor's 5K Walk is sponsored by the City of NRH, NRH Modern Dentistry and Kroger Marketplace.

This is a family friendly bike ride and open to all ages. It is a great opportunity to get outdoors, meet new people, be active and ride through NRH! The casual and easy bike rides begin and end at Cross Timbers Park, 7680 Douglas Lane at 5:45 p.m. View Route Map
'Round the Town includes an approximately 10 mile route on NRH Trail systems and streets, or a 1.7 mile loop inside Cross Timbers Park. Everyone is welcome, whether you are an avid cyclist or the casual weekend rider.
