Municipal Court Temporarily Closing to Move
North Richland Hills Municipal Court will be temporarily closed March 17-22, 2016 to move into a portion of our new City Hall. Telephone and online payment services will remain available during the transition. The court will open in its new location at 4301 City Point Drive on Wednesday, March 23 2016.
City Hall and Neighborhood Services are currently scheduled to close Friday, March 25 and Monday, March 28 to move into the new facility. Online and telephone payment services will remain available. Perot TECH Truck Coming to NRH Library
The NRH Library is pleased to be hosting the Perot Museum TECH Truck on site Friday, March 18 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. The goal of the TECH Truck is to engage youth in hands-on, maker-based science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) experiences that foster creativity and confidence. Join us in the Library's The Maker Spot to create and explore all things STEAM with activities from the TECH Truck. Registration not necessary. Supplies and activities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is open to those 7 years old and older; please feel free to come and go.

Adventure World to Close for Improvements
In advance of the summer heat, shade structures are being installed over the playgrounds at Adventure World Park. The playgrounds and a portion of the parking lot will be closed March 15 - 31 for these improvements to be completed. The project schedule is, of course, dependent upon the weather. We will reopen the playgrounds as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Free Fix A Leak Workshops
Even small leaks can waste huge amounts of water and fixing them may not be as hard as you think. The Tarrant Regional Water District has coordinated with Home Depot to provide free Fix a Leak Workshops on Saturday, March 19. They'll show you all the tricks and tips you'll need to put a stop to those nagging leaks.

- 10 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.: Repair/replace leaking faucets;
- 10:40 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.: Repair/replace problem toilets;
- 11:20 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Repair/replace broken or faulty sprinkler heads.
The free fix a leak workshops will be held at both Home Depot locations in North Richland Hills and other locations across North Texas.

Fire Department Employees Honored
The City of North Richland Hills joins the NRH Fire Department in congratulating Firefighter of the Year David Smith, Paramedic of the Year Tyler Marble and Officer of the Year Steven Rucker.
