Move to New City Hall Begins Soon
North Richland Hills city services will begin relocating to our new City Hall at 4301 City Point Drive in March. The relocation will be phased in over several weeks with the facility expected to be fully open for business by March 29.
Throughout the transition, telephone and online payment services will remain available. Emergency services will continue to operate without interruptions. If you need to visit city offices in March, please call 817-427-6000 or check www.nrhtx.com for the latest relocation information.

City's Annual R-SPIRIT Award Presented
Congratulations to Eva Ramirez, buyer in the Finance Department, for being selected as the city's R-SPIRIT Employee of the Year and to Assistant Parks & Recreation Director Sharon Davis for being named award finalist. The R-SPIRIT Award is presented annually to an employee who best represents the city's core values of Respect, Service, Productivity, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork. Nominations are received from fellow employees and the winner and finalists are chosen by an employee committee. The city also presented service awards to 83 employees. NRH Library Earns State Award
Congratulations to the staff and board members of the North Richland Hills Public Library! D uring Monday's City Council Meeting, they were presented the Texas Municipal Library Director's Excellence in Library Services Award for 2015. Winners of this award represent the top 7% of public libraries in the state. Watch the award presentation.
