NRH Police Recognized for Best Practices
The North Richland Hills Police Department has achieved "Re-Recognized" status from the Texas Police Chiefs Foundation's Best Practices Recognition Program. The department was first recognized in 2011.
As part of the recognition process, the department underwent an extensive audit of its policies, procedures, equipment, facilities, and operations by the Texas Police Chiefs Foundation and successfully exceeded all aspects of the audit. The recognition process assures the City Council, city management, and citizens that the North Richland Hills Police Department is operating under the current Best Practices in Texas Law Enforcement.
