Behind the Book with Joanne Fluke
New York Times bestselling author Joanne Fluke will visit the North Richland Hills Public Library on Thursday, February 26, 2015. She will speak starting at 1 p.m., immediately followed by a book signing. Admission is free.
Ms. Fluke, who writes mysteries and thrillers, is best known for the Hannah Swensen cozy culinary series. Copies of her newest book Double Fudge Brownie Murder will be available for purchase. Ms. Fluke will be signing her latest book only.

Don't Forget to Sign Up for Emergency Notices
The City of North Richland Hills has a new system for delivering messages about severe weather and other emergencies to residents. The system, which is called Everbridge, already includes land line telephone numbers in North Richland Hills.
Residents can also register to receive emergency calls on their mobile phone or to get emergency notices via email or text message. If you have not registered your cell phone or email yet, you can do so at www.nrhtx.com/everbridge or by calling 817-427-6900.
