  • Mayor Oscar Trevino
  • Councilwoman Rita Wright Oujesky, Place 2
  • Councilman Tim Barth, Place 4
  • Councilman Scott Turnage, Place 6

The mayor and council members serve at large for two-year terms. More information about the City Council is available online at www.nrhtx.com/council or by calling 817-427-6060.

A recent citizen's survey found that 96.5% of residents rate the quality of life in North Richland Hills as excellent or good, 97.6% would recommend NRH to a friend or family member as a good place to live, and 98.6% feel safe in their neighborhood. Ninety percent rate the condition of North Richland Hills as excellent or good in terms of cleanliness, quality of houses and general appearance. More of the survey results can be viewed on the city's website.
