NASIMCO's 5th Annual Youth Leadership Retreat is part of NASIMCO's Capacity Building Program, which aims to unlock the potential of participants to serve the community and humanity. The theme of this year's retreat is "Thinking Outside the Box: Making Your Voice Count".

This retreat looks to inspire the individual to reach their potential that is within them. Unlock the chains that hold us back from growing as individuals. Gain the tools to challenge your heart and mind. Learn how to navigate through the community and society to become proactive leaders. Most importantly, build your youth network and make lifetime connections. The retreat will include empowering workshops, group activities, group projects, inclusive discussions, outdoor activities,

 sports and more!

The intended participants are youth
ages 18 to 25. It will take place during the Labour Day weekend from August 29 to September 1, 2014 at the Copperdome Lodge in breathtaking Pemberton Valley, British Columbia. The fee for the retreat is $200 per participant, and includes food, lodging, and ground transportation from Vancouver to Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada.
